Empowering Through Mentorship

我從小三開始學習編程，希望可以把學習的知識幫助有需要的人，學以致用，回饋社會。

I started learning programming in third grade, and I hope to use what I’ve learned to help those in need — applying my knowledge in practice and giving back to society.

"Hong kong’s education system is plagued by a stark wealth gap. Financially privileged students are armed with an arsenal of tutors, music lessons, language lessons, etc. On the other hand, underprivileged students often struggle to gain access to assistance when needed, despite competing for the same opportunities. This is an inherently unfair system, a glaring social injustice. As someone who has experienced the benefits of having access to quality educational resources, I feel a deep sense of responsibility to pay it forward and support students from underprivileged backgrounds. I am eager to join edquity in the endeavors to make education more accessible to all"

在我的成長過程中，我從社會中得到很多，又從不同人身上學習了不少。我期望這計劃能把我擁有的回饋給社會， 透過分享我的經驗以及與學員的交談，令雙方都得到成長

In my growth & journey, I have received a lot from society and learned much from different people. I hope that through this program, I can give back to society by sharing my experiences and engaging in conversations with the participants, allowing both sides to grow together.
